I will discuss about the feelings of an anxiety attack sufferer in this article.Wonder who that is?Well,that is me.I was suffering from this mood disorder couple of months ago and was very lucky to get out of it completely.Although most people get treated,the problem is that some sufferers will get it again.Repeated disorders are possible and that is why knowing how to tackle the difficult anxiety situations becomes a must and not just a temporary treatment.

Like i mentioned earlier,i got cured completely few months ago.So i am really happy to look back and wonder why i felt that way.i still feel odd why those irrational thoughts captured my mind and never ever got out of it.Anyway,i guess this is why these mood disorders are so strange and there is no easy solution for them.Here are some of the things i went through while i was a panic attack sufferer.

What i went through:

=>I sat and tried to listed to my master teaching a lesson.I could not.I tried to my best to keep the unwanted thoughts at bay.I could not.Ultimately,i tried everything i could but in vain.

=>I feared if my friends and relatives would come to know about what i am going through and would feel strange about me.This made me stay away from them.So i isolated myself and this aggravated the condition and nothing else.

=>My productivity went down big time and my performances in everything were an all-time low.

=>I usually travel by bus.When panic suddenly affects me,i start sweating.Not normal sweating but abnormal,intense sweating starts to take place.Everybody around me had a strange look and this made me feel if something was terribly wrong with me.It actually makes you feel that other people are always looking at you and having a strange look at you.I hope this is the case with all other panic attack sufferers.

How to get out of the panic attacks disorder:

I tried the self-help guides and they were of extreme help to me.There are lot of guides available for a small price.You can try them.Else you may resort to the talk therapies.These therapies and the guides are the best working solutions for the anxiety attacks disorder.
